PS PHIL & CHRIS PRINGLE

Founders of C3 Church Global, Ps Phil & Chris Pringle, began their ministry in 1980 after a radical conversion in New Zealand. Soon after marrying, they moved to Sydney, Australia, where they planted the first Christian City Church (C3 SYD). What started with a small team has now grown into a movement of 600+ churches in 60 countries. They currently serve as Pastors Emeritus at C3 SYD and continue to lead and invest in the global C3 family.

PS SAM & JESS PICKEN

Sam and his wife Jess are the lead pastors of C3 Assembly with four dynamic locations across the Greater Toronto Area and a location in Mexico City. They have served on the C3 Global Executive Team in addition to overseeing C3 churches as the Regional Directors of C3 Canada. Now the incoming Global Leaders of the C3 Church Global movement, their heart is to see the local church expand and multiply across the globe. Nothing is a higher priority to them than seeing souls won for Christ.

ELIJAH LAMB

Elijah Lamb serves as an online Bible teacher and speaker based in Los Angeles, dedicated to reaching and discipling Gen Z through platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Known for clear biblical teaching and a heart for revival, he equips young adults to live holy and courageous lives in a secular age. He has ministered across the United States. He has also authored a chapter in a theological resource and featured in widely viewed online content.

WHO IS CONFERENCE FOR?
Whether you’re a pastor, staff member, part of a C3 team, a longtime member, or simply a friend of C3, this Conference is for you! Wherever you are in the world, we want the whole C3 family to be part of this historic moment for our movement. Come ready to connect, worship, and look at what the Lord has done. Everyone is welcome!

CAN I PAY BY PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. Payment plans are available for Early Bird & Full Price Registrations. You will need to pay and initial deposit at the time of booking and can then log back into your registration to pay instalments. Please be aware your final balance is due by August 31st, 2027. If the balance remains outstanding your registration will be forfeited without refund.
CAN I SPONSOR SOMEONE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Yes! We desire to have a broad representation of all our global family at the conference and are seeking sponsorships to support many people from low and middle-income nations - their travel and conference registration. We've calculated it will cost on average $xxxx AUD per person for flights and accommodation (and incl. registration) for those from across our 6 developing regions. You can sponsor through the conference registration page or via our C3 Church Global Giving page.
CAN MY BABY ATTEND KIDS CONFERENCE?
Kids Conference is open to children 2yrs+. All children attending our Kids Conference must be toilet trained.
IS THERE A YOUTH PROGRAM?
Yes! Youth will be joining into the main session for Night Sessions and will have their own sessions in the day, click on the Youth section to learn more!
IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT ON CHILD REGISTRATIONS?
Our heart is that your whole family would be able to experience Conference! If you've got a big family, we're here to help. Our multiple-child discount will automatically apply when you add Kids or Youth tickets to your cart. (Please note – this does not apply to early bird rates).

HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR CONFERENCE?
There is nothing quite like enjoying conference as part of the team and getting the full 'behind the scenes' experience. If you're keen to jump on team, then we would love to hear from you!

To serve on team involves a process of checks and is determined by the requirements of each conference team. Please fill out the short 'Team Application' form upon registration and we will get back to you with further information if you make it to the next stage in the volunteering process.

*Discounted or free registrations may be available depending on your role and level of availability.When registering please pay for the Volunteer Ticket option and if your application is not successful we will require you to pay the remaining amount toward a full registration.
WHAT IS PASTORS & LEADERS DAY AND WHO CAN ATTEND?
Pastors & Leaders Day will be held on Tuesday September 28th. The day is open to all C3 Senior Pastors, Associate/Location Pastors, Staff, Ministry & Department Leaders and Board Members.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR COHORTS?
You can select one cohort per day upon registration (in the "more tickets" section). Cohorts are an additional price.

DO I NEED A VISA TO ENTER SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA?
International visitors need a visa to enter Australia unless they are a citizen of Australia or New Zealand. Find current visa information on the Australian Government website .
HOW FAR IS SYDNEY CITY FROM THE AIRPORT?
Sydney Airport is only 8km from the Central Business District (CBD), which can be reached by train in under 15 minutes (approx. AUD$20), and by taxi or rideshare services (approx. 20 minutes, AUD$45-55).
WHERE DO I FLY INTO?
Sydney Airport is the largest in Australia, with direct flights from 25+ countries. From late 2026, Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport will expand Sydney's aviation capacity with 24-hour operations and direct access to Western Sydney.
WHERE CAN I STAY DURING CONFERENCE?
We will be providing a list of recommended hotels and offers.

There are more than 44,000 hotel rooms in the city centre, with a range of options, whether you want luxury or affordability, heritage or ultra-modern. The ICC is located in the heart of Sydney's Darling Harbour.

It's Sydney! In one word - glorious! Spring in Sydney typically averages 11-23°C (52-73°F)
HOW DO I GET AROUND IN SYDNEY?
Scenic and compact, Sydney is perfect for walking, with many of the city’s venues an easy distance from central hotels. It also has accessible and affordable public transport, with the option to pay for trips with contactless payment methods or an Opal card . There are also several taxi and rideshare options.

For Pastors: If you are flying into Sydney, we recommend arriving anytime on Monday 27th September to attend the Pastors Day on Tuesday
For Main Conference Attendees: We recommend flying in to arrive any time on Tuesday 28th September as conference starts Wednesday morning.
