FAQ

WHAT AGES CAN ATTEND?

The Kids Program is designed for 2yrs - 11 years

WHAT DO I DO WITH KIDS UNDER 2YRS?

There is a designated Parents Room that will be fully equipped, including with a video feed to host you and your toddlers

WHERE DO I CHECK MY CHILD IN?

Kids check-in will be located at Level 5 of the Exhibition Centre. This is just a three-minute walk (via connecting walkway) from the TikTok Entertainment Centre, our main conference venue. Follow the "Kids Global Conference" signs when you arrive!

All families will be sent a more detailed schedule via email with plenty of details in the lead up to conference. Physical copies of the schedule will also be available on site.

CAN I SEE THE KIDS PROGRAM TIME & ACTIVITIES?

The daily program from Wednesday through Friday will be:

1:15pm - 4:30pm - Afternoon sessions with snack break.
4:30pm - 6:30pm - Afternoon Break/dinner
6:30pm - 8:30pm - Night sessions

You will be sent a more detailed schedule nearer the time via email in the lead up to conference and it will be available upon check in.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING?

Kids should bring water bottle. Please leave snacks, special toys and technology behind as we have your kids covered
We recommend labeling personal items with your child’s name.

WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS?

Please let our Kids Team know during registration/check-in about any allergies, medical needs, dietary requirements, or additional support your child may need. Please make theses notes on your ticket registration.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD NEEDS ME?

Our team will contact you through a WhatsApp group you will be asked to join at kids check in and will use the information provided at check-in if your child needs you during the program. Please make sure you have the app notifications turned on and be ready to respond to promptly.

CAN MY CHILD LEAVE THE KIDS PROGRAM WITHOUT A PARENT/GUARDIAN?

For the safety of every child, kids will only be released according to our Plan To Protect Policy. Please ensure to follow the check in guidelines when dropping off.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

Come ready to MOVE, PLAY, WORSHIP, and HAVE FUN! Comfortable clothes and shoes are a great idea.

WHO WILL BE LOOKING AFTER MY CHILD?

Our Kids Program is run by trained and vulnerable sector screened Kids Team volunteers who have been pastorally checked by their local churches who are passionate about creating a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment for every child.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving 30 mins before the Kids Program begins so there is plenty of time for check-in.

IS ANYTHING HAPPENING FOR KIDS DURING PASTORS DAY?

Pastors & Leaders Day Kids/Youth Day Trip
Your kids and youth ages 3 - 15 years will be well cared for during the Pastors Gathering sessions, giving them an opportunity to enjoy a fun day together at local attractions in Darling Harbour. Be sure to sign your kids up so they don’t miss out on quality time with kids from across the globe! Lunch and snacks provided.

For parents with infants, there is a bay change room nearby the venue for changing, feeding and settling your babies with a live link if they can't settle in the main theatre.

IS THER A SIBLING DISCOUNT ON CHILD REGISTRATIONS?

Yes! Our heart is that your whole family would be able to experience Conference! If you've got a big family, we're here to help. Our multiple-child discount will automatically apply when you add Kids or Youth tickets to your cart. (Please note – this does not apply to early bird rates).

3rd Child = $100 off
4th Child = $175 off
